Because there was huge public demand (four of my friends - at least I'll have four enthusiastic readers?!) that I pick up blogging, I'm now going to semi-regularly inform the public of my whereabouts and what's going on with me in Brussels.
This is continuation to the blogs In the Fifth Capital (from my time as intern in Dublin) and the the Sixth Capital (Erasmus in Madrid) but this time it's a bit different. Brussels is technically the third capital I lived in (after Stockholm and Paris) since I was here as an au pair for a year right after High School graduation. I had a feeling I would be back, but little did I know that I would be living in Belgium again after 3,5 years from leaving.
I have put my "mission" to live in all the European capitals (or EU15) on the shelf for the time being. Or maybe convert the mission into a visit all European capitals instead (there I've already got over a dozen ticked and more to come!). I will stay in Brussels until the European Parliament elections 2014, first as a trainee and then as a MA student (fingers crossed).
This blog will serve as a memory to me and link to you during this time in Bruxelles. Feel free to comment my ramblings!
Ps.Thought the name A DiploMats (common-law)Wife in the White House would be a bit too long ;)
Repesin tolle nimiehdotukselle :) Loistavaa että blogi nyt löytyy!
